It can work as a gentle exfoliator that helps not only to brighten and tighten the skin but also decreases any inflammation caused by acne.

You can use it as a face moisturizer and mask by mashing up the flesh of the fruit and applying to your skin for 15-20 minutes or you can eat the fruit for innumerable long-term benefits for overall health.

2Honey and cinnamon

Two of my favorite ingredients, honey, and cinnamon, are also the best combination to clear up the signs of acne marks. Both honey and cinnamon are rich with anti-microbial properties and honey is a natural antibiotic.

Mix together to form a paste and apply to the face 1-2 times a week for soft and supple skin. Handling honey can be a little tricky, but what is a little stickiness when compared to beautiful skin.

3Almonds for a clearer complexion

Considered a superfood, almonds are immensely nourishing. Rich in vitamin E, fiber, protein, potassium, zinc, calcium, magnesium, and so on, almonds are good for not only your health but also for your skin.

Soak 4-5 almonds in water overnight and grind them to a paste along with a teaspoon of milk, a teaspoon of gram flour and a few drops of lime juice. For clearer skin, massage this paste on your face and body in circular motions for a few minutes.

As with any natural remedy, you must do this for some time before you see lasting results.

I can not express the importance of a balanced diet enough. Healthy fruits and nuts like papaya, apples, almonds, walnuts ensure the body has all micronutrients in ample supply to maintain and repair the bodily functions and the skin.
