Many women face the fact they are aging every day. They see the damage the environment has done and wonder what can they do to turn back the hands of time. One of the best things to reclaim our beauty is to brighten our skin. It means following a brighten skin care regimen that will instantly remove dead skin cells and clean your pores. You’ll look brighter and smoother by exfoliating every day.

The best way to brighten skin is to start your treatment with a gentle face wash. Do it twice a day, once in the mornings and once before going to bed. Your skin will look healthier with just one treatment. By exfoliating, you’ll expose new skin and look brighter all while unclogging your pores.

You want to renew your skin as often as possible if you want to improve your skin’s appearance, however, when you’re older, the process takes longer.

Young adults are fortunate. It only takes them around a month to get awesome results. When you reach a certain age, you want to add about a week to that. Another week doesn’t seem like it would make that big of a difference, but it does. Within that time, your skin can dry out and start to wrinkle. This is one reason why you want to exfoliate regularly.

How to Brighten Face Naturally

As a benefit to you, brighten skin care naturally doesn’t have to cost a lot. You may have the ingredients to make facial scrubs at home already. It doesn’t take much to prepare an effective exfoliator. Check these out:

Honey Yogurt Mask

Mix together one part honey and one part plain, unsweetened yogurt in a plastic container. Next, apply the mixture to your face and neck. Let it sit for 15 minutes and rinse off with warm water. Tip: You can substitute honey with aloe or avocado.

Brown Sugar Scrub

Mix together one part honey and one part brown sugar in a microwavable container. Heat for about 30 seconds so it’s warm to touch. With your fingertips, dip in the bowl and start spreading the mixture over your face and lips.

Use circular motions to massage the forehead, cheekbones, and jawlines to get the blood flowing in your face. Rinse off with warm water and pat dry with a microfiber towel. If you don’t have any honey in the house, use olive oil instead. Some women refer to olive oil as the best oil to brighten skin naturally.

Oatmeal Scrub

Take a tablespoon of raw oats and grind them up. Then add salt and combine the ingredients in a bowl with about a teaspoon full of water. Apply to the face and rinse off. You should make enough so that you can put some on your neck and hands. These are also tell-tale signs of aging.

Don’t forget to use a moisturizer after you wash your face and before you apply makeup. Moisturizers with vitamin K and E help to brighten face naturally and rejuvenate skin. And as always, drink water. It seems as though we’re always hearing drink more water for one reason or another. Well, it’s true and especially in the case of Korean skin care.

They start their mornings by washing their faces with water only, then applying a toner. But if we drink enough water, our bodies would function better and we’d look better, too. The water forces toxins out of our system so our skin is hydrated and our organs are healthier. Just another reason to add water to your brighten skin care routine.

Licorice Root Extract

Pour the licorice root extract in a plastic bowl. Dip a cotton ball in the bowl of extract so that you can apply it to your face or anywhere the dark spots appear. Leave on overnight and wash the following morning.

Lemon Juice

Use pure lemons or lemon juice to make a toner for your skin. Mix equal parts of water and lemon juice in a small container. Apply the solution to your face with a cotton ball and let it dry. After 15 minutes, wash off with warm water and pat dry. Do this about 3 times per week.
